I think there are also ways to grab everything [but you typically don't want
that as its a bit much].

That's where I had gone but I wanted the full package,not a setup that wouldn't download all the Cygwin package like want is got from cygwin.combut however,I found this on sourceforge:Cygwin-Lite Minimal Cygwin Environment.
Last time I installed, the setup gives you a choice as to what to download.I think there are also ways to grab everything [but you typically don't want
that as its a bit much].
